Multi-talented and highly skilled, Kelly Pares has had a diverse background in sales, and customer service within the construction and property industry. Kelly has now found her niche in real estate; an industry she has developed an intense passion for, and one that is a perfect fit for her personality, skills and ambition.
As Personal Assistant to Principal Ben Wilson, Kelly is heavily involved in all aspects of the sales process, as well as providing extensive administrative back-up. After obtaining her sales certificate Kelly now assists Ben with inspections, open homes, appraisal, client liaison and more. A confident communicator, Kelly quickly establishes rapport and gains the trust and respect of Ben’s clients.
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management are amongst Kelly’s strengths; she is very process and goal driven, and works methodically, as well as using lateral thinking, to assist Ben to secure the optimum outcome for their clients.

An invaluable member of the Ray White Kawana team, Kelly continues to undertake ongoing training to further learn and improve, and she plays a key role in the Agency’s consistent success.
When not working Kelly enjoys an active healthy lifestyle here on the Sunshine Coast, including running, yoga, and paddle boarding. Kelly also maintains an active social life spending time with family and friends enjoying good food and live entertainment here in this fantastic region.
